The Sun will come out, tomorrow (or early summer)

A message of hope came flooding through my window the other day in this sign: Market! For those of you who don't know, it is very difficult to grocery shop in this town, especially in Long Island City where we live. You either go into Manhattan, and stand in line at Trader Joe's (I'm talking about standing in line to get into the store, and then standing in line to pay) and try to carry it all home on the subway. Or, you take a taxi to a store in Queens called Pathmark, where you will find bargains, but it is quite an event to go there. Or you can order through a grocery service that delivers, but they are quite pricey. So as you can see, this sign is a sign of hope for me. Market, coming soon. Right next door to our building. And next to that, a pharmacy. What more can a girl ask for. :)
